I appreciated the reliable wi-fi, which made working remotely from my room a breeze, and the spacious layout offered a comfortable setting to tackle tasks. The business center had essential facilities, though I mostly enjoyed the bar/lounge area for informal meetings. The breakfast spread was decent, offering a variety of options to fuel a long meeting day-though some items could be fresher. I took advantage of the outdoor swimming pool during breaks, providing a welcome reprieve. Plus, the billiard table was a fun way to bond with colleagues after a day of work. While it's very basic, Douro Park Hotel covers the essentials for a productive retreat while allowing for relaxation, making it a practical option for business travelers.
